UPDATE: Broken down vehicle causing delays on the A27 by Fareham is cleared
A BROKEN down vehicle that was causing delays on the Western Way flyover, above Quay Street Roundabout, in Fareham, has been cleared.
The flyover was partially blocked and there were delays on approach.
