Gosport police receive breakfast gift from McDonalds as thank you to emergency services

Officers were grateful to receive both sausage and bacon McMuffin sandwiches, as well as hash browns, bottles of orange juice, and a selection of dips.
In a tweet, an officer said: ‘A big thank you to a certain fast-food restaurant for supplying us with all this first thing today. It really set our officers up for the day ahead.

It comes as McDonald’s has taken the decision to close all its restaurants in the UK and Ireland in response to the coronavirus outbreak.
The fast-food company said it would give food to nearby community groups.
