Aston Villa loanee excited to entertain Portsmouth fansÂ
The Aston Villa loanee marked his first game back from injury with a maiden Blues goal during last night's 3-2 victory over Tottenham Hotspur under-21s in the Checkatrade Trophy.
The winger cancelled out Phoenix Patterson's first-half opener for Spurs by turning in a close-range effort from Christian Burgess' header on 50 minutes.

And after featuring just twice for Pompey before having surgery, the England under-20 international is certain there's more to come from him.Â
Green said: '˜They all count. I was just thinking about getting my fitness against Spurs so to score was a bonus.
'˜I found last night that I grew into the game.
'˜My game plan was to just get the ball out wide, get past my man and cross the ball into the box.

Hide Ad'˜It was about getting that confidence back that I have been lacking for the past few months.
'˜I think I did that in spells. There was a lot more I could have done but it's only my first game back.
'˜Coming to Portsmouth, I knew there was going to be a bit of pressure on me.
'˜That's football, you need a bit of pressure on you and deal with that pressure.
'˜I'm just excited to show the fans what I can do.'

The Solihull-born talent admitted he needs to find consistency in order to display his full capabilities.Â
And he insisted he knows how to mange his body better than previously.
 '˜A bit of consistency is what I need, I think, because it hasn't been that consistent with me,' added Green.

'˜I've been learning my body well. I know my body a lot more and how to manage that stress.
'˜Now I think I'm stronger and want to get them games in.'
