The Listening Company has been named 'contact centre of the year' for the second time in a row.
The UK's fastest growing call centre, the firm won the accolade at the Connect Awards 2008 for the second year running.

It is the only company to have been awarded this accolade for two consecutive years.

The Listening Company, which has an office in Portsmouth, was commended for its impressive growth in the last year.
