Bargain store Poundland is to open a new store in Commercial Road on Thursday.
To coincide with the opening, it will host a 'family fun day' on Saturday, when the doors will be opened at 8.30am.

There will be £100 worth of Poundland vouchers to be won in a 'checkout challenge', with the first 50 customers to spend more than £5 at the tills receiving a bottle of sparkling wine.
