Finding suitable property spaces is child's play, despite the looming credit crunch.
One of the the Harbour Economic Development Forum's recent successes is The Wendy House Nursery, which recently set up in Brockhampton Road, near to Havant town centre and local business parks.

The owner, Wendy Logan, worked closely with the Harbour Forum team to find the perfect business location.

'We are very thankful for the help from the Harbour Forum; the team was extremely friendly and helped us to find a characteristic and charming premise, closely located to the local business parks,' she said.

The forum is a partnership of four local authorities centred around Portsmouth Harbour – Fareham, Gosport, Havant and Portsmouth.

The forum is the recognised inward investment and business development agency for south-east Hampshire.

A core service offered by the forum is PROP south-east, a property search engine of available land and premises, which is available free of charge to all businesses looking to relocate into new premises or identify incubator space in south-east Hampshire.
