Hampshire pubs face tough trading conditions

Pubs are suffering a year on from the smoking ban.
The first anniversary is today, and 35 per cent of managers said their pub might close soon.

More than three-quarters believed the big stub-out has affected their business but eight out of 10 pub-goers are happy.

The survey of 2,000 adults and 300 landlords was on behalf of industry publication the Morning Advertiser.
