The Bank of England has announced it will unveil its latest forecast of the economy to Hampshire businesses early in the new year.
The Portsmouth and South East Hampshire Chamber will host the Bank of England breakfast briefing at the Holiday Inn, Fareham on February 11.

Andrew Holder, the bank's agent for central southern England, will deliver a presentation and take questions from the floor on the state of the economy.

At the last Bank of England briefing at Portsmouth's Marriott hotel in September bank agent Chris Piper discussed the bank's latest quarterly inflation report, which he claimed showed the worst was behind us.

The cost of the event to chamber members will be £15.

It will be held at 7.30am.
