A former radio station has been sold to make way for fresh leaseholders.
CB Richard Ellis, acting jointly with Atisreal, has sold the 13,229sq ft Ocean House, Whittle Avenue, Segensworth, on behalf of GCAP Media.
GCAP Media previously occupied the unit for use as a radio broadcasting centre, call centre space and general office accommodation, with over 60 parking spaces at the site.
Emma Lockey from CB Richard Ellis, the world's largest real estate firm, said: 'We received a good level of interest in this property from both owner occupier and developers.
'Many purchasers were attracted by the level of car parking and the convenient location close to Junction 9 of the M27.'
Buckland Development Ltd purchased the building and has commenced a full refurbishment programme, with plans to split the building into small, individual units.
