A NETWORKING organisation is holding an event to inspire women who are looking to start their own business.

The Fareham group of Enterprising Women has opened up this week’s meeting to local businesswomen and female entrepreneurs who want to know more about the opportunities available and how to start up their own company.

Eileen Quick, Fareham group host and owner of the web design company Blue Star, says: ‘It’s definitely a great way to build confidence and develop new skills in a safe environment.

‘If you are a lady already in business then sharing your knowledge is a great way to give something back to fellow female entrepreneurs and it can also help you implement new ideas in your own business.’

The meeting is at the Lysses Hotel, Fareham, on Thursday from 10.30am to 12.30pm.
