EXCELLENCE in customer service has netted Stuart Layton an award from Ford Motor Company.

Stuart, from Fareham, who works at Hendy Ford as a customer services advisor, was presented with two awards – one for the top advisor within the south coast group and a second for a regional win.

In addition to Stuart’s individual awards, staff from Hendy Group made up eight of the top 10 service advisers in the region in the first half of 2016.

Stuart was presented with his awards by Ford district manager Andy Lee.
