A supermarket chain has recalled a batch of its own-brand beer due to a risk the bottles will break when opened.

Supermarket giant Asda has announced that Biere De Luxe packs of ten, with the best before dates October 2016, November 2016 and December 2016 have been recalled as a precautionary measure due to a defect. Batch 363 is unaffected.

Customers are advised to return unopened bottles of the beer to the store from which they were purchased for a full refund. A receipt will not be necessary in order to get your money back.

Asda customer relations can be contacted on 0800 952 0101.
