GOSPORT is hosting a bumper Christmas market tomorrow, including several extra stalls and fun and games for the kids.

Shoppers will find groceries, clothing, sweets and stocking fillers, along with lots of other festive treats at the High Street market.

There will be wreath making, face painting, and a teacup ride for the kids, while the Gosport Solent Brass Band will entertain shoppers with Christmas tunes between midday and 2pm.

Gosport Council leader Mark Hook said: ‘Our market is always popular with residents and visitors, but at Christmas time the atmosphere is electric.’
