A CHICHESTER construction and property consultancy has announced a raft of changes to its group.

After six years as chief executive of BAQUS, Clive Sayer becomes chairman. Rob McNeill has moved up to be the chief executive officer for the group and three other regional directors are promoted onto the main board as executive directors.

David Gattey is based in the firm’s London office, Jim O’Brien is Manchester-based, while Rob Owen is in Chichester.
