BUSINESS people who find they simply do not have enough energy to cope with demanding firms or jobs are to be given help at a breakfast briefing.

Called Building Resilience Against the Pace of Change, the briefing will be held at the Langstone Hotel in Hayling Island on May 10, from 7.30am until 9.30am.

The aim of the briefing is to give a fun and useful briefing that will leave its participants with a personal plan to increase their emotional resilience.

The briefing will be carried out by a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the event is being organised by the Hampshire Chamber of Commerce.

It costs £19 for chamber members to attend, and £24 for non-members.
