THE deadline is approaching for people to sign up to a business school with a difference.

The Hampshire School for Social Entrepreneurs is looking to recruit a group of entrepreneurs with a social conscience.

The HSSE’s Conroy Williams said: ‘What we’re looking for is people with passion – people who want to make life better not just for themselves, but the broken and damaged communities around them.’

The HSSE is an action learning programme, backed by Community Action Hampshire, enabling people to use their creative and entrepreneurial ways more fully for social benefit.

The closing date for applicants is Friday. Candidates will meet for a three-day activity block once a month and whilst the course is different in that there are no lectures or text books, participants will learn from people who have created social ventures.
