OVERALL builders’ workloads across Britain have begun to increase for the first time since the economic downturn began, according to research from the Federation of Master Builders.

The FMB’s State of Trade Survey shows the overall balance of current and future work in the second quarter of 2013 was positive for the first time since 2007.
