SEVEN industrial units in Fairway Business Centre in Portsmouth have been sold or let in recent months.

The most recent transaction completed by commercial agents Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell was the £150,000 sale of two next-door units, which together total 2,600sq ft.

They were sold to a specialist classic car storage business.

Vale Builders Southern acquired 2,500sq ft at Unit 20 which has become the business’s new headquarters.

Deals for the remaining four units were also completed in a matter of weeks including units 10 & 10a to Akorn Construction Ltd, Unit 19 to Metal Polishing Supplies, and Unit 6 to heating contractor, AD Mechanical.

Tom Holloway, acting director of Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell, said the business centre in Airport Service Road is now almost entirely occupied.
