A BUSY post office could be on the move.

Proposals have been unveiled to relocate Horndean Post Office from its current home in Portsmouth Road, Horndean into Everetts Pharmacy & Spar Stores in London Road.

The plan would extend opening hours to 50 hours a week and services would be available seven days a week.

Post Office products and services would be offered from two open-plan tills at the shop counters.

A six-week public consultation is under way. Comments can be sent to via email to comments@postoffice.co.uk.
