A CHILD development business in Fareham has been short-listed for a national award.

Little Doers is one of eight finalists hoping to bag themselves the Resilience Award at the MumsClub Business Mum’s Awards, sponsored by MyFamilyClub.

The firm, which sends out craft boxes to youngsters, was only started in October last year by mother-of-two Beth Davis-Hofbauer.

She said: ‘I was really happy when I found out we’d been short-listed. To win would be lovely, because it’s been a difficult road.’

The awards are to recognise mothers who have started businesses and achieved success in a short space of time.

Winners will be announced at a ceremony on March 8 – which is also International Women’s Day. See businessmumawards.com
