TWO hair stylists made it through to the finals of an international competition.

Jade Roberts and Tracey Chester, who work at Madeline House Hairdressing, in Bishop’s Waltham, were thrilled to be the only UK nominees to make the finals of the Davines World Wide Flamboyage contest for colourists.

Their boss Liz Padget said: ‘This is a great achievement for our two senior artistic directors. To be selected from so many worldwide really is a massive achievement and a compliment to their skills and dedication. We are extremely proud of them both.’

They celebrated their achievement with a trip to London with current champion Angelo Seminara.
