PLANS to build 127 new homes as part of a multimillion pound regeneration scheme are to go on show.
The consultation for phase four of the Rowner Renewal Project starts tomorrow at the Nimrod Community Centre, in Nimrod Drive, Rowner, Gosport.
As reported, construction work has been delayed by nine months after contractor Opco went bust earlier in the year.
This phase has 88 houses and 39 apartments, and will see the demolition of the last part of the old Rowner Village.
It will complete the redevelopment of the northern end of the site up to Nimrod Drive.
In total 22 of the houses will be for affordable rent or shared ownership, as will 35 of the apartments.
Members of the Rowner Renewal Partnership will be at the drop-in sessions.
An application will be submitted to Gosport council.
The consultation is open at 3.30pm to 7pm tomorrow and 10am to 2pm on Saturday.
