A BUSINESS centre has been bought by its operating company.

The Gosport Business Centre has been operated by Basepoint since 2004, and the firm has now bought it for £1.75m from the Homes and Communities Agency.

Brian Andrews, Basepoint’s managing director, said: ‘It was a natural step to purchase the Gosport Business Centre having successfully run it for nine years, so we’re delighted to add Gosport to our ever-expanding portfolio of business centres across the south east and the midlands.

‘I have no doubt that the management team at Gosport will ensure it continues to thrive.’
