Designer and customers mark shop's four years

To celebrate the start of its fourth year, Anne Gill Eyecare hosted a preview for its customers of its range of designs from Wolf Eyewear, at its premises in London Road, North End.

Owner Anne Gill said: ‘Wolf Eyeware has become well known in the industry for its innovative designs and use of colour.

‘I’ve known the company since it started in 2009 through industry events and exhibitions, but I was delighted when they said they wanted to work with me.’

‘So many of our customers have bought and said how much they enjoy wearing their designs, I decided to invite Wolf Eyewear to Portsmouth in order to showcase their entire range and celebrate our fourth anniversary.

‘I was thrilled when they accepted.’

Throughout the day, new and existing customers came to the shop for a browse, piece of cake and glass of celebratory fizz.

‘An independent business cannot survive without the support of its local community, and I have been fortunate to have received just that,’ said Anne.

‘I believe in networking, both in formal business groups and informally at events, because that is how I have met fantastic people who work together to help everyone succeed.’
