THE operations director of a Gosport-based UK-wide franchise has been elected to the board of the British Franchise Association.

It marks the third year that Kelly Chambers, of Dream Doors, has been a BFA representative.

She served her first two terms as a highly-commended chairperson for the south-west region.

This is her first election to the BFA board.

‘I am delighted and honoured to be elected to the board of the BFA,’ she said.
