AN ENERGY company is eager to hear customer feedback after the recent storms.

SSE has set up a consultation seeking feedback on what more can be done to meet and exceed customers’ expectations during a power cut. This follows the recent series of storms which caused many properties to lose their power.

Stuart Hogarth, director of distribution, said: ‘SSEPD engineers and other employees worked long hours to safely restore their electricity as quickly as we could.

‘We are immensely grateful for their patience and understanding and the findings of this consultation will be incorporated into what we do.’
