A RESTAURANT in Gunwharf Quays is celebrating the return of spring in style.
The Raymond Blanc’s Brasserie Blanc will be offering amuse-bouches, cocktails and cheeses to passers-by as part of the Festival of Flavour.
A range of festival wines will be available, including the famous Blanc de Blancs.
Assistant manager Braden Shimmon said: ‘We are promoting our spring menu, which is full of fantastic flavours. We want people to try exciting unusual tastes.
People are being treated to the BB Big Grill, a meaty menu.
During the festival, children are invited to take Henri le Worm on a food adventure and write his story. The most inspired ones will win an iPad Mini.
