THE best business brains are being invited to come together to advise a council on its future strategy.

A new board of business experts is being formed to help East Hampshire District Council create a better future for the district.

The authority is now recruiting for the new body, called the Non-Executive Board, and is encouraging successful business people and entrepreneurs to sign up.

Councillor Nick Drew, board chairman, said: ‘East Hampshire has real opportunities to grow and develop its economy, employment and business. The council is committed to supporting this. The board has been created to provide the council’s cabinet with the best advice from people with a wealth of East Hants business knowledge and community experience.’
