Estate agency gets a gold at prestigious gala

AN ESTATE agency has won a gold award at one of the most prestigious events for the property industry.

Robinson Reade won the award in the Best Letting Agent category at the ESTAS.

The Whiteley-based agency received the award from TV property expert Phil Spencer at a ceremony at the Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London, which was attended by 900 of the UK’s top property professionals.

The awards, now in their 13th year, recognise the best estate and letting agents in the UK through research carried out among clients.

More than 30,000 questionnaires were completed by customers during this year’s competition.

Robinson Reade Jane Earley, owner of Robinson Reade, said: ‘We are absolutely thrilled to be recognised at this year’s ESTAS.

Estate and letting agents were shortlisted in 15 regions around the UK.

National Grand Prix Awards were also announced for the Best Single Agent Office in sales and lettings.

Simon Brown, founder of the ESTAS, said: ‘The ESTAS are special because shortlisted and winning firms are selected purely on the service they deliver to their clients.

‘In fact just taking part shows a firm’s commitment to their customers so to be shortlisted is a great achievement in itself.

‘For the winners this is the highest accolade they can receive in the industry.’
