PLANS that will see millions more pounds heading to the region have been welcomed by commercial property experts.
As previously reported, the government has said it willincrease the money coming to the Solent region in the national Growth Deal.
The £124.8m originally allocated has now been expanded to £151.9m to be used for economic development.
The funding has been welcomed by commercial property experts Vail Williams.

From this there will be £25m allocated for a new National Maritime Centre of Excellence in Portsmouth which will be a boost for jobs and strengthen the maritime heritage in the city.
