AFFORDABLE bargains and vintage treasures will be on offer at a new pop-up charity shop.

Age Concern Hampshire has opened a new shop in Fareham Shopping Centre, which will open every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

The shop will sell clothes, books, accessories, and homeware, with the profits going to the charity which promotes independent living to over-50s.

Shop manager Aaron Laishley said: ‘As well as raising funds for our services, we also want our pop-up shop to be a hub for the local community.

‘We have already had a number of people come in to ask about volunteering, and there is interest in running a craft group from the shop. We’d love to hear from anyone keen to get involved – and donations are always welcome.’
