THE jobs market is in line for a welcome boost after it emerged that one third of small and medium-sized enterprises based in the south east intend to recruit new staff.

According to research by Clydesdale Bank, 33 per 
cent of small and 
medium-sized businesses intend to recruit new employees and boost their workforce by 2.5 per cent on average.
