One of Europe’s largest regional airlines has announced its 2015/16 winter programme, flying out of Southampton airport.

Flybe’s new schedule will feature 17 routes, which includes a new daily service to Dusseldorf, Germany.

The airline will have more than 420 flights a week from October 25, with one-way fares from £24.99 including taxes and charges.

As well as the winter schedule, popular summer routes to Alicante and Malaga will continue to operate until November 7, to accommodate half-term holiday travellers.

Flybe’s Chief Commercial Officer, Paul Simmons, said: ‘We’re committed to bolstering regional connectivity across the UK and into Europe and our new Dusseldorf service is a clear indication of this commitment.’
