A FOOD fair will take place near Chichester this spring.

The Food and South Downs Fair will take place at the Weald and Downland Open Air Museum near Chichester on Sunday, May 5 and Monday, May 6.

People will get the chance to taste the very best of local produce, see teams of heavy horses prepare the fields ready for sowing and experience 15th century village life.

Admission charges are £11.50 for adults, £10.50 for over 65s, £6.30 for children and £32.50 for a family ticket.

Under-4s get in free.
