NOT-FOR-PROFIT groups and businesses can join a new monthly networking group to take place in Portsmouth.

Bizpedia will meet on the third Friday of the month from 7.15am to 8.30am at 1000 Lakeside.

Founded by Josh Williams, the networking events will give people in business a chance to meet and exchange ideas.

Mr Willliams said: ‘The monthly networking sessions are designed to be quick and effective as well as free of charge.

‘If you book on, when you arrive you are warmly greeted with a hot drink and given a table number.

‘You sit at that table with a group of like-minded people, and have time to get to know each other in a relaxed way.

‘There is no one-minute talk, or any pressure to bring referrals.

‘Then you swap to a new table to meet a fresh bunch of people, have another get-to-know-you’ session, and when that’s done, you’re off to work.’

Mr Williams already runs networking events in Southampton.
