GUNWHARF Quays has teamed up with a fashion store to back its handbag amnesty campaign in aid of Brain Tumour Research.
Shoppers can bring in unwanted handbags to the Osprey London store at the shopping village and receive a 20 per cent off voucher towards a new bag.
Donated handbags that are in good enough condition to re-sell will be given to the charity to raise cash.
Sue Farrington-Smith, charity director, said: ‘A big thank you to Gunwharf Quays and Osprey London for supporting us.
‘Research into brain tumours is woefully underfunded and this is a great opportunity for us to help raise money for further investigative work in the hope of one day finding a cure.’
