THE south’s food and drink producers are being given the opportunity to get the skills to grow their business with the launch of a new training and support package.

The Routes to Market package, developed by The Centre of Excellence for Regional Food and Drink at Brinsbury and The Southern Co-operative, is intended to help both established and growing businesses.

They will be lifestyle, start-up or home-based firms that are working to supply the retail or hospitality industry.

It will initially offer training and support to businesses in Hampshire, Isle of Wight and Sussex.

For more information and advice on the Route To Market package, including dates of any future workshops, contact Hannah Vaughan on 01243 786321 or email hannah.vaughan@chichester.ac.uk.
