AN international company is set to make 1000 Lakeside its head office after signing on the dotted line.

Path Intelligence, which uses mobile phone technology to tell shopping centre managers how their customers flow through their facilities, will lease the 4,200sq ft office for at least five years.

Sharon Biggar, chief executive of Path Intelligence, said: ‘We had outgrown our current premises and 1000 Lakeside offered the expansion space we required. It is a beautiful place to be located, with plenty of natural light in the offices and great surroundings.

‘Highcross (which managers of Lakeside) was also very helpful and flexible in providing us with space to meet our current needs and future growth plans.’

Path Intelligence, which was set up five years ago, operates across the UK, Europe and the USA.

Nick Turner, director of Highcross, added: ‘This latest letting is indicative of the exciting range of companies which 1000 Lakeside is attracting, including successful local entrepreneurs, established regional companies, a major retail business and innovative technology companies.’
