THE assembly hall at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in Goodwood has been transformed for the first time into a luxury dining room.

More than 100 customers of the luxury car brand were invited to dine on the line, being entertained in the place where their cars are hand built.

They had the opportunity to try their hand at painting a coachline – a very thin pin-stripe – on the side of a Phantom Extended Wheelbase car, guided by the firm’s coachline painter Mark Court.

The production area was transformed with a red carpet and chandeliers.
