Currently employed by a IT services firm, Innovise, Michelle Soper-Dyer is tasked with sharing her extensive marketing knowledge to inspire the next generation of marketers and increase the awareness of how marketing contributes to organisations.

She said: ‘I’m honoured to have been elected vice-chair of the Hampshire CIM committee.

‘I’m passionate about marketing and am looking forward to being part of a successful committee that re-engages with the marketing professionals throughout Hampshire.
