TELEMATICS company Wunelli has thanked lawyers from Moore Blatch for advising its shareholders during its sale to US-based LexisNexis.
The law firm, which has offices in Whiteley and Southampton, gave legal guidance to Portsmouth-based Wunelli during the sale.
Wunelli managing director Penny Searles said: ‘The team at Moore Blatch was extremely focused, working extremely hard to drive the deal forward to ensure it completed to a very tight deadline.’
Telematics is a technology which typically works through the use of wireless devices to send, receive and store data back to an organisation.
Examples include GPS tracking devices, the ‘black box’ and dial-up services to the internet.
