A SET of six lock-ups in the heart of Portsmouth which have permission to be turned into housing are to go under the auctioneer’s hammer

The two and three-storey properties at Lower Brookfield Road, Kingston are among 20 lots being sold by Clive Emson, the regional land and property auctioneers, at the Ageas Bowl on Tuesday, June 12, at 11am. Elsewhere executors have instructed the sale of 65 High Street, Cosham, currently let at £9,600 a year, with a freehold guide of £85-95,000.
