THE owners of a new accountants in Denmead invited a touch of magic to the firm’s grand opening, after asking Harry Potter actor Guy Henry to cut the ribbon.
More than 70 people, from local businesses, solicitors, bankers, financial advisers and surveyors went along to the event, which marked the start of the Gibson Whitter Chartered Accountancy business.
Mr Henry has appeared in many Royal Shakespeare Company productions and was Pius Thicknesse in both parts of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows on the big screen.
The firm has been started by Linda Gibson and Gavin Whitter.
Gavin said: ‘Linda and I are thrilled at the level of interest we have had in our new practice, and at the substantial number of clients that we have signed in what is a very short period of time, and we just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who has supported us.’
