ALMOST eight million people watched a Southsea man get busy in the kitchen as The Great British Bake Off returned on Wednesday.

Business consultant at the University of Portsmouth Enwezor Nzegwu is showing off his skills on the show.

The culinary TV hit, with judges Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood, was watched by 7.9 million viewers at its peak - its second highest ever audience.
