FAREHAM town centre management is working with local musicians and performers to hold its Music Month event during April.
Throughout the month, there will be almost 50 individual performances of music, song and dance in a range of genres to suit every taste.
Performances will be taking place at the central Performance Podium, Westbury Manor Museum, Holy Trinity Church and Fareham Shopping Centre.
In addition, Ashcroft Arts Centre and Ferneham Hall will be hosting a number of musical events.
Town centre manager Patricia Gray said the events are good for the performers and for the public.
She said: ‘Music Month is a great way for local talent to have a chance to perform in public.
‘They can build their confidence and at the same time raising some money for their group or chosen charity.
‘It is a popular event which visitors to the town centre look forward to each year.’
The full programme is available at farehamtowncentre.co.uk.
Alternatively, you can pick up a hard copy at Fareham library, Fareham Tourist Information Centre or Fareham’s civic offices.
Activities will be going on until Sunday, April 27.
