NEIGHBOURS were treated to drinks and nibbles at the launch of a new housing development in Portsmouth.

Housebuilders Barratt Homes opened King Richard Place, a mix of two, three and four bedroom homes in Paulsgrove, on Saturday, September 29.

Barratt Homes sales director Sarah Eales said: ‘Interest in these new homes has been tremendous.

‘We know the location being close to Portchester and the development’s easy access to the M27 have been particularly popular with potential buyers and we are expecting demand to be high.’
