VISITORS to Aspex Gallery in Gunwharf Quays can enjoy food and drink at a new in-house cafe called Lily & Lime.

The cafe is run by Anita Usai who hopes to use the venue to help young adults with learning disabilities into sustainable employment.

Ms Usai said: ‘We are absolutely thrilled to be working with Aspex – they are incredibly supportive of the work we do, and we are so excited at the potential of the partnership.

‘We are passionate about providing exceptional food and drink in this gorgeous space, and providing opportunities into employment for young people with learning difficulties.’

Aspex director Joanne Bushnell said: ‘Lily & Lime do inspirational and important work with young people, and that is very much at the heart of what we, as a gallery, are about too.’

The café is open Wednesday to Sunday from 11am to 4pm.
