A NEW recruitment service is to be launched by The News’s parent company, Johnston Press.
The fixed price service, called TheSmartList.co.uk, is designed to help employers fill vacancies quickly and cost-effectively.
A pilot of the service has launched this week, and allows businesses seeking new staff for mid-level vacancies to pay a fixed fee for a pre-screened short-list of qualified candidates.
It aims to combine recruitment consultancy type services with traditional newspaper and job board advertising for one cost.
