CLEANING specialist Nviro has raised £2,700 for The Rainbow Centre.

The firm, which is based in Portsmouth, organised a charity quiz night and hog roast buffet at the Royal Beach Hotel in Southsea, which provided the venue and services free of charge.

Quiz prizes were donated by companies including Southern Windows, Hoopers Services, Ceris Burns International, Bunzl and Krispy Kreme.

The company chose the Fareham centre because of its dedicated work with children.

Brian Warren, managing director of Nviro, said: ‘The evening was an amazing success, giving people the chance to have fun while also raising money for a very worthwhile local cause.

‘Nviro is proud to support The Rainbow Centre, and we’re delighted that our donation will help individuals and their families, who need support to face the life-changing issues caused by debilitating neurological conditions and injuries.’
