The garage also wants to be open 24 hours a day, Monday to Sunday, and sell late night refreshment.

The designated premises supervisor would be Daniel Cowdrey, who has held a personal licence since July 2012. The garage currently operates a late night hatch for customers from 11pm to 5am every day.

Members will make a decision over the plans at their next meeting on Wednesday, March 1. It will take place in Portsmouth Guildhall.
